Andrea Leadsom, South Northants MP, has received an award from Brake for her work campaigning for improved road safety.
She received the award for her work with the family of Rebecca Taylor, who died aged 18 in September 2008 near Milton Malsor, to introduce a graduated driving licence.
She said: “I am delighted to accept this award and look forward to continuing to work with the Taylors to campaign to make our roads safer and prevent further tragedies involving young people.”
