Well Street United Church is to start holding its Sunday services at the Royal Latin School.
For some years, the church has held three services every Sunday and, as the church has grown, space and parking have both become problematic,
So from this Sunday, the church will hold just one service every week, at the Royal Latin School, at 10.30am.
The new venue will allow more space for children’s activities. A crèche will continue to be offered during services.
Church elder Mike Ennis said: “The school team has been keen to overcome all of those issues which need to be dealt with, giving us hope that the transition will be smoother than we could have expected. This will be the first step in our continued expansion.”
All other activities will continue at the Well Street venue.
