Viking expert Martin Way will give a talk at the next meeting of Bicester Local History Society on Monday, April 15.
Mr Way is expected to be in costume and to bring some interesting replica artefacts.
The event starts at 7.30pm in the Clifton Centre in Ashdene Road.
