Housing developers Gladman are running public consultation events over plans for two new residential developments in Winslow.
Some homes in the town have been leafleted with information on the two plans.
The first is for 100 homes on a site at Shipton, where Gladman’s previous applications for 200 and then 175 homes were rejected by planning inspectors at appeal.
The latest plans will be on display to the public in the St Laurence Room from 4pm to 7pm on Tuesday, April 16.
The second plan is for 175 homes on land off Verney Road. Plans will be on display from 4pm to 7pm in the St Laurence Room on Wednesday, April 24.
Chairman of the Winslow Neighbourhood Plan steering group, Llew Monger, said: “We want the community to decide about future development not the developers.”i
